Dear Dream Tour Admin:
I went into your website to find the opinion servey board, didn't find it.
Without knowing how else to send my opinion on our short trip finished on April 15th, I am sending this by email to you.
Hopefully, this will reach you and Mr Simon Kim.
Considering the cost of the trip, hotels were fine.
Three meals a day was more than enough and was excellent in quality.
We, my 2 sisters and nephew (although he did not fully understand what was said) are absolutely amazed Simon's knowledge in US history.
He explained the historic charactors and even the time and events, as well as historic places and their names how they originated!
He was witty, kind and professional.
I was so worried if I will be lost in NY alone and worried how I can get back to the JFK airport to catch the flight on time, because I needed to be separated from the tour bus to meet with my friends for a couple of hours. Simon, not only assured me but he called me on my cell phone, and came to pick me up before leaving the city. My friends were amazed for the kind of care the tour guide provided. He is absolutely top-notch person, no doubt!
He provided excellent personal care to each and every tourist on the bus. Not an easy job!
We 4 of us have nothing but good to say about Simon Kim, the drivers, the assistant and of course, the 'Dream Tour' company.
Thank you so much for the excellent service and care your company provided to make the trip very enjoyable!
I am sure your company will build the reputation and will become one of the most successful entity.
